The study management platform enables to describe the different studies carried out by the HUGODECA consortium. It will be used to provide metadata about the different projects for the HUGODECA data portal, and to define the location of raw and analysis files. Gathering this type of information about each study will also facilitate data submission to external repositories, such as HCA and ENA.

The HUGODECA genomics viewer is an analysis tool for the visualization, mining and comparison of genomics datasets generated by the HUGODECA consortium. It offers several visualization modes (violin plot, scatter plot, genome browser) for browsing complex high-dimensional sequencing data and gives access to the matrix files for subsequent re-use.
